Patch:16874034 and 16801219:Linux x86-64:12.1.3:resulted in the following invalid object AHL_UTIL_U

 Hi,

After applying patches 16874034 & 16801219, we see the below two invalid package bodies which are giving errors while compiling

SQL> alter package AHL_UTIL_UC_PKG compile body;

Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.

SQL> show error

Errors for PACKAGE BODY AHL_UTIL_UC_PKG:

LINE/COL ERROR

34/1     PLS-00452: Subprogram 'GETCSI_LOCATIONDESC' violates its

         associated pragma

SQL> show error

Errors for PACKAGE BODY EDW_SUPPLIER_ITEM_PKG:

14/3     PLS-00452: Subprogram 'SUPPLIER_ITEM_FK' violates its associated

         pragma
