organizational as well as business (workflow) hierarchy in Oracle CRM
We are planning to implement Oracle CRM in our organization where we have to map organizational as well as business (workflow) hierarchy, so that a particular party's SR/case can only be attended by a specific group of CRM users. Also that group can assign that case to specific parent group only.
Detailed requirement is in attached msword file.
Please guide us whether it can be achieved in Oracle CRM and how it can be done.
