PO Re-approval

Hi All,

We have the follwoing business requirments i am not sure if its applicable or not, the current oracle EBS releas is 12.1.3:

Requirments:

Business would like to change shipment information for an approved POs, but they don't want the POs to go through the approval hierarchy again. is it doable?
