Equipment Location Billing in Capital Asset Management

My data is given below,

Equipment 'A'  is Rented to a location from today 11th Jun 2013 8:00:00 Time to 13th Jun 2013 16:00:00 Time.

Equipment Rate code is HR - Hourly and Hourly Rate is 100

The system supposed to calculate  like this,

on 11th Jun, 16 Hrs(24 Hrs in a day -8 starting time) x 100 = 1600

on 12th Jun, 24 Hrs x 100 = 2400

on 13th Jun, 16 Hrs x 100 = 1600

so total 1600+2400+1600 =  5600

but when I run the Report R1304 Location Billing Report , it takes 24 hrs on all 3 days and calculate 24x3 = 72 x 100 = 7200.

Can some one clarify this?
