 Dear All,

1) Is Bi-directional Replication Supported with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and DB version: 11.2.0.3 ?.
    As per the below metalink note, it talks about some complexity of data types when it comes to EBS

Experts please comment on this also:

As the organisation is growing , We want to reduce the network, server load and forms to be opened faster from different parts of the world. Is there any other alternative solution with which we can achieve this ?
