Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. when trying to approve contract the following message is populated:

ORA-20001: The approver identified by the following parameters is invalid: Originating system PER Originating-system ID 375.

the issue raised after the old contract approver is terminated from HR thus a new Approver is added but unfortunately this message is populated.
