NLS Merged driver failes on the file ibybepin.ldt

Hi,
Merged patch driver failed with the following error.

The value cannot be uploaded without a prepare statement
Dumped the batch (IBY_BEPINFO cyb , IBY_BEP_ACCT_OPT_NAME cep APPLICATION_REF ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
 Error during uploading. ORA-06550: Строка 217, столбец 5:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'BEP_OPT_UPDATE_ROW'
