Oracle custom form not working in laptop but working in desktop when launched in CRM application

I have created custom form in Oracle Forms 6i and registered the same in CRM application. The form is opening and data is getting displayed while I open the application in desktop but the same is not happening in laptop. When I open the same form in laptop, it is giving me the error. ORA-06502 No data found. Please suggest me what is the exact problem.
