Full package build

Hi,

I am  doing an Tools upgrade from 8.98.4.8 to 9.1.3.1. We have already upgraded DV and PY environments(using Moultifoundation) now before we do the PD upgrade i have a question. 

Before i put the question, i would like to give a picture of our infrastructure.

Now can we build a full package(client/server) for PD using the current port-6115 but choosing the new foundation system folder in DS at the time of package assembly. So that I can cut out the full package build time from the upgrade process??
