Invalid SRN after 8.0.0.5 to 8.0.0.13 Patch Upgrade

 Hi Guys,

We have Upgraded  our Siebel Server from   8.0.0.5 to 8.0.0.13,but  we are getting the below Error.

Following is the observation in Siebel Server Log:
