Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to Add Description Based Item in a Sales Order?

Hi

Can we add Description based items in Sales Order?

We want to create mixed lines. For Example Some Lines with Item Code and Some Line without Item code but description.

As this will be a Service item and doesnt require shipping , it will be directly invoiced.
