Server and File Name in Table Conversion UBE

We are in the progress of upgrading from 8.0 to 9.1. 

There are a lot of the Table Conversion UBE for interface which have hard coded server and file name.

I would like to know if anybody have suggestion for the upgarde strategy to deal with this server and file name issue when 8.0 production and 9.1 DV share the same server and file name.

Any strategy / methodology to deal with this if we want to continue to use the same Table Conversion UBE. 

Thanks in advance to share you experience.

9.1 Tools Release 9.1.3.1, SQL 2008 R2.
