Unable to edit amount in Purchase Requisition

 Hi,
I am unable to update price in a purchase requisition.

Navigation : Select Approved PR -->Add to cart-->check out -->edit lines -->select a line-->update
Here i am unable to edit price for the line.

The item is non-catalog item.

Please help me resolving this problem.
