Country of Origin in PIM - what table does this update when used

We have a limited implementation of PIM, and I notice that Country of Origin is a field I can export/import what table/form in the data base is this field located?  We have an urgent requirement to update 1000 items with the COO and cannot figure out where this data lives. 

Any help you can provide would be awesome.
