Revenue Recognition - Apply Daily Revenue Rate for Service Contracts

If Daily Revenue Rate accounting rule is applied to service contract, what dates will be transferred to AR as bill start or end dates?

Is it the contract covered start/end dates (at header), service start/end dates (at contract line), or the bill from/to dates for contract line per the billing schedule?

Can someone please advise?
