 Hi Murali : Welcome to the EBS patching community

This thread will address your following question - 

I am trying to use adpatch to apply p14173693_R12.GL.B_R12_GENERIC.zip patch. On the Applicaton Tier, after completing applying patch p15839147_R12.RG.B_R12_LINUX.zip, I have started applying the patch in question and it never finishes and is stuck at this state:

file gl_drill_account_ranges_gt.xdf on worker  1 for product gl  username APPS

After restarting (CTRL-C and restarting adpatch) it again goes to the same step and is stuck.

adctrl shows the below status:
