iProcurement Smart form 'Special Information' is not available in iprocurement notifications

Hi,

I'm having a difficulty that after using smart form information template for the non-catalog request, then submit the Req from iprocurement for approval. The approver cannot see special information in the notification. Is this standard functionality or a bug? I know that the special information appears to the line level attachment in PO. This is not an issue. Please help me to understand the functionality for the notification. I'm interested to see where the special information in the notification is.
