Database in recovery mode for few days

 Hi all , 
Monday I have to take a backup online of database P (10g ) and restore it to a new hardware . I have to apply generated archives on this new clone database till Friday when I'll open in upgrade mode .

Monday also  recover database until cancel using backup controlfile  command will be launched on cloned db . This command ask for manual pressing enter . Is here a way to apply archive in automatic mode each day after ftp transfer and friday to type CANCEL ?
