In Average Costing environment, how to reduce item cost at receipt of Internal Order at Receiving Or

 Hi -

We are using average costing.  Internal Req/Internal SOs are used to replenish inventory at various warehouses/orgs.  Client has a requirement to subtract freight costs from the item cost at the receiving organization when receiving a shipment from an Internal Requisition .  We are trying to use the Transaction Cost Extension (actual_cost_hook) to accomplish, but currently we are unsuccessful.  We found note that states: "The cost hook will not be called for inter-org transfer shipping transactions because changing the shipping cost will create a need to re-average the cost in this organization which is functionally not correct.
