R12.1.3 : reports printing junk characters.

Hi,
We recently upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3  .   The hardware is AIX 6.1 64 bit.   We are trying to setup printers .    The test print for active responsibilities prints junk and then the report.    When we print the same output file from unix using lp command , it prints correctly.



I am attaching the output file printed.       

Please help.
