Need advice on Rac 10.2.0.4(ASM) RHEL5 x86-64 Migrate to 11.2.0.3 on new hardwarwe RHEL 6(ASM) x86

Hi ,

Need advice on how to Migrate RAC 10.2.0.4 (ASM) DB on RHEL 5 (x86-64) to new hardware 11.2.0.3 RHEL6 (ASM).DB size 2+ TB.
Do not want to use datapump.
For Rman,please provide basic high level steps or correct the below:




•Pre Installation check on source DB(10g)

•Install Oracle Grid Infrastructure on target NEW hardware.(11g)

•Configure ASM on target NEW hardware.(11g)
•Install the Oracle Database Software on target NEW hardware.(11g)
Create and configure Oracle Database on target NEW hardware.(11g)
•Migrate data from 10g DB to 11g DB using RMAN.
•Post Installation Tasks.
