How to add frieght, Insurance etc to the base item unit cost while preparing estimate i.e. purchase

Hello Gurus,

Need your help in solving a problem we are facing to map the business need in Oracle 12.1.3. In our implementation purchase requisition is treated as estimate. Customer wants to prepare estimate with price inclusive of frieght, Insurance, other charges etc. In seeded purchase requisition item unit cost comes from list price from item master. How frieght, Insurance, other charges can be included in the item list price  in other words how frieght, Insurance, other charges can also be estimated along with the base unit cost before it is sent for approval.
