Advice required on Database installation

 Hi,
  We need to install JDE ES on sparc server and im planning to kept database on the same server.

 I wish to know do we required to install -(Oracle 11gR2 - 64-bit 11.2.0.2 or Oracle 11gR2 - 64-bit 11.2.0.3(standard edition/ enterprise edition) on this Enterprise Server.  

 If yes, Iif necessary  it should install prior to JDE platform installation on sparc ES server or If I installed JDE platfrom first can I install the oracle 11gr2 later on the same box .

Please advice ASAP.
