How to implement FYI Notification.

 Hi All,
      We got a requirement that, whenever CEO approves his subordinates leaves , a FYI(For Your Information) should be sent to his Personal Assistant. Is this can be done using AME ? Any advice and suggestions will be highly appreciated .
