Imported Requisitions - Preparer

Hi,

I want to know when importing requisitions from Inventory or MRP to purchasing which is the preparer that will appear in the requisition? Is it the person that runs the requisition import process?

Also, do I need to setup approvals for requisitions to make this work? In fact I don't have any requirement in terms of requisition approvals. Can I import the requisitions as approved?
