price mismatch between line level and shipment or distribution level for purchase order when line is

Hi,

In the buy work center of oracle EBS 12.1.3, when you cancel a line, the price is set to zero at line level

But when you look at shipment or distribution level , the prices remains. you have to chek the details to see that the line is cancelled.

Is it a normal behaviour ?
If so, could someone tell me why ?

I can't find the explaination or where to find this information.
