R31802A calculating wrong values in F0911

Hi All,

We are on E8.12 and we have 24x7 manufacturing going on all our sites.
we have had some work orders being wrongly calculated.

The scenario is ,

We have manufacturing accounting R31802A running everyday from 23:30 till 23:45.
This will calculate all the work orders which are in progress and creates IM transactions in F0911.
For some work orders we noticed that the values in last batch of F0911 have the total value of last two batches of F4111 when a user has manually adjusted quantities for that work order.

Detail example 
We have work order W to consume 50 qty of item A in three days to produce final product,
