Restrict User responsiblity combinations

Is there a way to restrict a user from having a certain combination of responsibilities?  For example, user can have - responsibility A
- responsibility B
- but not both A and B

Appreciate the help, I wasn't able to find anything in the config guides or on metalink.

BTW, This may belong in a different community, but this seemed most appropriate.
