question about ZFS raidz2 design concept for multi disks fault case on same raid group of pool

Hi !

I would like to have a question about ZFS raidz2 design concept.

<< Symptom >>
Pool-0 has six raidz2 groups (raidz2_max) on 7410 (SAS-1 type, 1TB*143ea, 1ea* LOGZIL). 6 spares configured.
7410 has 1st. disk fault on raidz2-4 group. Resilvering was restarted by 2nd disk fault before resilvering finsihed.
2nd fault disk is located in raidz2-5 group.
1st & 2nd fault disks' resilvering to spare disks were done in success.
Then We replaced two disks.
Replacing of resilvering was started in normal. NO ISSUE.
BUT next day, the third disk (c4t5000C50027109322d0) was fault on raidz2-4 group.  Resilvering and replacing(resilvering) were restarted.
