Not able to schedule task to supplier contacts using Third Party Portal
Hi,
I did all required setups in our R12.1.3 instance and able to schedule a task to TPO(Third Party Org)
1. Defined a supplier contact with technician role.(after creating supplier contact and imported as CRM resource etc, added to calendar,territory)
2. Created a Resource Group(TPO)
3. Added these to calendar, territory.
4. Ran STAR and Generate field Trip con etc.
5. Created SR and assigned to TPO using scheduler.
6. Once I login to TPO , I don’t see supplier contact so not able to assign to supplier contact of TPO.
I did lot of research on oracle metalink to trouble shoot but no luck. Any help is highly appreciated.
