Loyalty - Siebel Loyalty Roadmap

Hi All,
  Our client has some external portals which are currently helping for loyalty programs and they intended to use Siebel Loyalty along with it. So we have created a road map as below..

1. Bring all Member infomation into Siebel ( Existing members on external portals to Siebel) As i understand while importing this data we have to specific Server key mapping ? Is it mandatory or can we skip.

2. Bring all transactions in to Siebel from SAP ( All Transactions happen in SAP) so that Loyalty Engine could process accruals and Redemptions, any specific requirements here while we do this ?

3. Integrating External portals to Siebel so that data can be transfered to and fro easily any OOTB Web services available ?
