Ran a "Oracle Diagnostics" report for "Purchasing"; Can view the report; But when trying to download

Hi,
We ran a 'Diagnostics' report, from 'System Administraiton' , Diagnostics, for 'Purchasing'.
I can view the report; But when trying to download report in .zip format , 'Can't be downloaded' message appearing

Please let me know if have faced this problem or if you know the solution.
