All Requisitions are going in Pre-Approved Status

Hi

Facing stange issue, all PR raised are going in Pre-Approved status.

- User has the approval Group Attached, it is same approval group which is assigned to approve PO, PO are working fine.

- User is in hierarchy, Hierarchy is common for both PO and PR.

Any Ideas?
