log_archive_dest_state_2 = RESET setting on primary database

Hi All,

I have encountered a different parameter value which i never used and this value is causing standby to go out of sync.

I am seeing in my alert log 'RESET' Value for log_archive_dest_state_2=RESET on primary  instead of enabled/defer.

I verified the documents no where i haven't found any descrition for the RESET value for this parameter .

I found one defect related document which happens during switchover/failover and standby fall out of sync due to this parameter keep changing by itself.

Found the below reference:

Log_archive_dest_state_2 Automatically Set To RESET Causing Standy Database To Fall Out Of Sync [ID 1470986.1]

Howdy, Stranger!
