PRs encumbrancs

 Hi Team,

We have PR $50,000 with 5 lines and auto created the PO for 4 lines amounting $40,000.

Still PRs open not yet close may be in future will not use it.

This case remaining commitment amount when it will generate reversal of commitment $ 10,000 ?
