Shipping Execution - EBS (MOSC)

Lines are stuck

The lines for sales order are stuck at " Waiting for Authorization to Ship" state, These lines are part of an EDI order and the lines that are stuck have the "Authorize to Ship" flag unchecked. Could anyone suggest to this?
