Invoice line Disacrded but line amount is not zero

Hi,The invoice line is discarded but the invoice line amount is not zero because of which the invoice is on Line Variance and Dist Variance Holds.We have 3 such invoices in which 2 invoices are PO matches and one invoice is not matched to PO. All these 3 invoices have invoice lines which are disacrded but line amount is not zero.An SR is raised for this issue but there is no update since many days. The 9575282 ,13953211 and 13473065 patches are applied but the issue still existAny help is much appreciated.Regards,
