0RA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows error when I click on invoice line

Hi all,
I'm on R12.1.3 and got following error.
After I create a new invoice and input values in the invoice header, when I click on invoice line (any column), error "0RA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows." prompt.

Do anyone got the same problem and resolution for it?
