Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error while choosing Customer item from LOVs in Sales Order form.

Hi ,

We are getting below errors in R12.1.3 upgraded instance while selecting Customer item from LOVs in Sales Order form:

ORA-01007:Variable not in select list.

FRM-40502: ORACLE error: Unable to read list of values.
