Preparation before change GLOBAL_NAME parameter from false to true

 Hi, 
There is database with GLOBAL_NAME=false since day one and we need change it to true as hardening purpose.
Kindly help to list down all the preparation check items in case I'm missed anything before I can change the GLOBAL_NAME to true, thank you very much!
