rendering RTF document with left-to-right and right-to-left text

Hi,
is it possible to render a RTF document with left-to-right (german, english) and right-to-left (arabic) text in same document? This document is an official notification in which the decission is repeated in three different languages. The locale property of the template seem to overwrite any language specific settings that I choose in the RTF template using MS Word. So if I choose 'arabic' as locale then the german and english text blocks are looking weird and when I choose 'german' the arabic text is no longer right-to-left. (As i'm not able to read arabic languages this text looks nice but
