status Delivery for Internal Order is Shipped and cannot change to Interfaced

Dear all,

Can Anybody help me or give me reference or documentation for my case.

for my condition : I create Internal requisition and than convert to internal order.  from Internal order will create Delivery, allocate and SHip confirm.

After Ship confirm line status is shipped and running interface trip stop.

there is error :
