RDF:Poor execution of “common_batch” and "generate" after SAN changes

We have a problem with poor performance after we changed our SAN from Hitachi AMS to Dell Compellant. With the exception of the SAN nothing has really changed. The number of SKUS in each local has been fairly static over the last year. So there is no real increase in data to work with.

Originally I thought that the “data” reached some kind of point to exhaustion but the behavior is similar in all local domins regardless of the the # of SKUS. I am attaching some logfiles that we executed before (5th of June) and after (12th of June) and the corresponding scripts and rules (.cfg files)
