Bulklk Request Order has Attribute Name Blank for Deleted Component Product [ID 1404901.1]

Hi community,
There is a known bug on version 8.1.1.3 SIA when you submit a bulk request to modify complex asset product. Modify order is created, the order line item is created correctly with  Delete action code  but the name of attribute is not displayed.  Mentioned issue should be fixed on version 8.1.1.6 . However we made  upgrade to version 8.1.1.7 SIA and issue is still replicable.
Could you please help me on this ?
