Depreciation Calculation on Cost Instead of NBV in R12.1.3 during Data Migration from Legacy

HI,

I am in Procees of Data Migration of Assets in a New Implementation and my First Year is Apr13

My Dep Method  is NBV

Method Type==Flat

Calculation Basis==NBV

Depreciab;e Rule Basis==USE TRANSACTION PERIOD BASIS also Tried  USE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING BASIS

My Prorate Convention is Daily and Divide Dep is Daily

I am Uploading Assets with Cost, YTD Dep and Dep Res. and DPIS of previous Years, but when I run Dep for Apr13 the system is calculating the Dep on Cost and does not calculate on NBV as of Apr13

Please let me know where is the Issue?
