What is the difference between Standard Non Inclusive Handling, Standard Inclusive Handling and Spec

Please clarify me the difference between Standard Non Inclusive Handling, Standard Inclusive Handling and Special Inclusive Handling for "Allow Tax Inclusion" LOV options with Example.
I understood how Standard Inclusive Handling ..
For If I select my option as "Standard Inclusive Handling" then system behaves as below :
Say For Ex : Say Invoice amount is 1000 and my Tax rate is 10 % and tac inclusive option is " Standard Inclusive Handling" , then system is calculating as follows :
Item line -- 1000
and distributions for the above line is showing as
Item Distributions XXXXX -- 909
Non Recoverable Distribution - 91
2. If I select my option as "Standard Non Inclusive Handling" then system behaves as below :
