How to create a radio button in Oracle iExpense web form

Hello,

We are customizing the expense report header in iExpense and have 4 DFFs setup currently. My client would like these to be a Yes  No   radio button selection instead of the standard drop down lov.

I am trying to research how to create a radio button and if we change to that format, is it possible to still obtain BI reports based on the user's answers.

If anyone has info, I would really appreciate any hints or tips!
