HRMS R12 RUP6 patch 16000686 failure
We are upgrading from 11i to R12.1.3.The 11i system has 2012-13 UK legislative patches plus RTI and PAE patches applied. After upgrading to R12.1.3 which is at HR_PF.B.3 I am applying patch 16000686 to get to HR_PF.B.6 so that I can then apply UK legislation and RTI patches to the R12.1.3 system
I have applied pre-requisite patches 16196190 and 14069503, bur patch 16000686 has failed as below
Adpatch shows

FAILED: file peasgasd.sql on worker 3.
The worker 1 log shows
