Siebel Log level issue

Hello,
We have a peculiar issue in one of our Siebel Application object managers. Even when we have raised the log level to 5 for all the events on the component, it is not generating detailed log levels for many of them. SQL Events are generated in detail. We have followed the precise commands as provided in the bookshelf. 

Has anyone faced this before?
