Recommendation to bring one node down in 3node rac cluster

Hi All,
We need to perform some storage related test and check the new luns which we are planning to migrate over weekends.
So, We would like to check on node instead of bringing all node down and analyze whether new luns ownership/permission will be set properly.
So, My question is,how to bring only one node down smoothly and bring it back? As the test involves touching all luns(existing/new), my concern is, will it break the entire cluster as VD/OCR are more sensitive and any problem would occur while bringing back?
Is this recommended? if so, please suggest the best method with steps
